Lotus Cheesecake

Our Eggless Lotus Cheesecake is rich, smooth, and creamy, made with premium cream cheese, white chocolate, fresh cream, and milk, layered generously with Lotus Biscoff spread and crunchy biscuit crumbs. Each slice delivers the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, making it ideal for celebrations, special occasions, or a luxurious treat at home.

Size & Serving: This cheesecake weighs approximately 1.5 kg and serves 8 to 12 people. It measures 6 cm in height with a 7-inch diameter, making it perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients: White chocolate, milk, butter, vanilla pudding, sugar, cream cheese, fresh cream, Lotus Biscoff spread, and Lotus Biscoff biscuits. 

Storage Instructions: Prepared and stored at low temperature (–18°C to –20°C) for freshness. Please keep in the refrigerator (2°C to 4°C) for at least 2 hours before consuming to allow proper setting. Do not defrost at room temperature. Store refrigerated and consume within 48 hours of purchase for best quality.
